Charming fully renovated studio of 30m2 with a private terrace with panoramic views to Barcelona, located in the Sants neighbourhood, just a few streets from Badal metro station and 10 mins walk distance from Camp Nou (FC Barcelona) and the univeristy zone.

This brand new studio has a delightful private terrace with spectacular views to Montjüic and Tibidabo mountain. It has a cosy living-room, an open fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom (the bed is 120x200cms) and a full bathroom with shower.

It is on a 5th floor with elevator. Please note that the elevator is small (2 persons maximum).

Lively neighbourhood full of bars, restaurants, shops, markets. All that you need for a pleasant stay. A perfect choice if you want to spend some months in Barcelona either for work or to enjoy the city.

The Neighbourhood:

Sants is a neighbourhood in the southern part of Barcelona. It belongs to the district of Sants-Montjuïc and is bordered by the districts of Eixample to the northeast, Les Corts to the northwest, and by the municipality of l'Hospitalet de Llobregat to the south. Although old-fashioned, its name is sometimes still written as Sans in some Spanish-language sources.
The main artery of the neighbourhood is Carrer de Sants, popularly known as Carretera de Sants, which runs westwards from Plaça Espanya to the neighbouring municipality of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat. It is one of the largest commercial streets in Barcelona.
Sants is an area of industrial origins, formerly the central part of a small village that later became part of Barcelona. Today, it is mainly famous for being the location of Barcelona’s main train station, which connects the city with hundreds of destinations.
