Description
Spacious apartment located in Eixample neighbourhood, among the Estació de Sants and the Plaza Francesc Macia, one of the most high-end neighbourhood of the city. Very well connected, near the Fair and exit south of Barcelona to the airport.
The apartment has a large and kitchen with all amenities, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. In this part of the Eixample district we find the historical building of the University of Barcelona, as the modern samples Golferichs House, emblematic of Gaudí houses La Pedrera and Casa Batlló, the Joan Miró park and two large markets, the Ninot and Sant Antoni, which energize and give life to this neighborhood.
