How do I book an apartment?


You can book your apartment online in 4 easy steps:
  • Search for an apartment using the online calendar.
  • Choose your apartment and click the “book” button.
  • You will get your booking details. Fill in your personal details.
  • Prepay using a credit card or Paypal. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival along with the refundable damage deposit. Once you have properly booked the apartment you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

What payment methods do you accept for the pre-payment?


We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

What time is the check-in?


The standard check-in time is from 2 pm to 8 pm, unless arranged otherwise. Check-ins after 8 pm incur an extra charge of 20€ and 40€ after 11pm.

Can I check-in earlier?


Sometimes an early check-in is possible depending on the apartment availability. We suggest that you call or send an email to the contact person specified in the booking confirmation email and ask if an early check-in is possible.

Do I have to pay a surcharge for a late check-in?


Yes. Please note that check-ins after 8 pm incur an extra charge of 20€ and 40€ after 11pm.

What time is the check-out?


The standard check-out time is before 11 am, unless arranged otherwise.

Do I have to confirm my arrival time?


Yes, you have to enter your estimated arrival time when you make your booking. In addition, we kindly ask you to contact us when arriving at the airport or one hour prior your arrival in order to confirm the check-in time at the apartment. Our specific contact information will be sent to you in the confirmation email.

How do I get the keys?


Please contact us when arriving in Barcelona in order to confirm your check-in time. On the arrival day we will be waiting for you at the apartment to welcome you, show you around the apartment and give you the keys.

Are towels and bed linen provided?


Yes, towels and bed linen are provided for all guests.

Will I have to pay a damage deposit for the apartment?


Yes, all the apartments require a damage deposit to be paid at the check-in. Please refer to the apartment file in order to know the requested amount for each apartment. The damage deposit is refunded at the end of your stay, after we have inspected the apartment.

What happens if I break something during my stay?


Please call us immediately to assess the damage. We will do our best to try and fix or replace the broken item/s and we will evaluate whether you will be charged for the damaged items.

Do children/babies pay for the stay?


We have the following special offer for families travelling with their children: Babies from age 0-2 years-old stay free of charge and children between 3-10 years-old get a 50% discount with a maximum of two children. Beginning with the 3rd child, children pay the full price.

Do you provide a baby cot if needed?


Baby cots are available in some apartments. Please refer to the apartment description - equipment section for each apartment to check whether a baby cot is provided. This service is free of charge.

Can I modify my booking?


To modify the number of people or to add nights to your stay, please contact us and we will do our best to make these changes. Please note that we cannot transfer your booking to another apartment. This is considered as a cancellation. The prepayment is not refunded and you will need to make a new booking. For further information, please read our Terms & Conditions.

How can I cancel my booking?


To cancel your booking, please contact us. For more information on cancellations, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.

Can I make a booking if I am under 18 years old?


No, the person making the booking and signing the rental contract upon arrival has to be at least 18 years old on the arrival day.

Are pets allowed?


Some apartments allow pets. Contact us to find out whether the apartment you have selected allows pets.

Can I smoke in the apartment?


No. All our apartments are Non-Smoking. However, smoking is permitted on balconies or terraces.
